We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilites May Include:
-Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and waste water disposal
-Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications
-Ability to determine layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems
-Locating and marking the positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors
-Cutting of opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
-Measuring, cutting, bending, and threading of pipes
-Using hand tools, power tools and machinery such as augers and pipe threaders
-Joining pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
-Testing pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
-Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
-Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions
-Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to complete projects
-Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment
-Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Requirements:
-Proven track record as a Plumber with a minimum of 5 years experience
-Journey person certified in BC preferred
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Criminal record check clearance (bondable)
-You may be required to be on call, work certain weekends or evenings
