Healthvision NZ is a provider of specialist Homecare, Community Nursing and Rehabilitation services throughout New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced NZ Registered Physiotherapist with a current APC to work as a Senior in our Allied Health Service. This role can be based either in the Waikato or Bay of Plenty region.

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity Healthvision (NZ) Allied Health Team is a group of vibrant Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who work within an integrated community health model across Aotearoa. This key role is an ideal opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist wanting to develop their leadership capabilities and advance their skills in:
- Implementing evidence-based practice and service development
- Motivating, Guiding, and developing staff

- Clinical Leadership

This role will also see you performing such duties as: - Managing a clinical caseload while providing day-to-day coordination, caseload oversight, and leadership.
- Working collaboratively within an multidisplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments and rehabilitation programs for Healthvision kiritaki with the purpose of maintaining the persons health to the maximum extent practicable.
- Assisting in the professional development of new physiotherapists, providing ongoing support.
- Effectively coordinate and oversee team members, under the direct supervision and support of the Clinical Lead.
- Assist the Clinical Lead to develop, grow and maintain high-quality services.
- Identify new local business development opportunities that compliments or increases service to the community.
- Providing clinical reports and updates as required and maintaining industry sector standards.
You will have a positive, flexible, pro-active and can-do approach who is happy to work within an organisation that promotes a person centric, self-determining approach that enables kiritaki to actively participate and plan with you the improvement-focused actions that meet their individual needs and goals.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of clinical experience working with physical injuries and has an understanding of acute (Ministry of Health) and community rehabilitation (ACC) services.
