You'll ensure prompt, efficient, and uniform distribution of tasks, along with handling essential administrative duties. Consequently, this coordinating role serves as a crucial liaison between internal and external customers, repairers, and Motor Assessor.
This Permanent role is available nationally and offers hybrid working conditions that support a mix of working from home and office.
Please note: To work from home, you'll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.
Experience of carrying out administrative tasks and functions within an office environment Experience of providing superior customer service to both internal and external customer The ability to prioritise workloads in order to ensure objectives are met An understanding of the Insurance claims environment. Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) IAG is the largest general insurance group in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia .
