Quantum Market Research is seeking a Market and Social Research Consultant to join our growing team. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing market research projects across government and corporate clients and have a desire to work across multiple sectors. You will be responsible for successfully leading projects and developing client relationships with the assistance of a project director.
You will be responsible for: Building strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycleDeveloping comprehensive project plans, including research methodologies, data collection strategies, and timelinesIdeally a dualist, comfortable working across both quantitative and qualitative methodologiesDesigning research questionnaires, discussion guides, and other research instruments as per project needsMonitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations and identify and evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategiesAnalysing data from research projects and interpret findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clientsConducting regular project status meetings and provide updates to internal stakeholders and clientsConducting client meetings to discuss research objectives, project progress, and deliverable timelinesVisualising and present research findings and insights to clients in a clear and compelling mannerAbout you: Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in market research agency roleStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insightsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to clientsExperience in leading and managing research projects from start to finishIf you are passionate about helping businesses make better decisions through evidence, we would love to hear from you.
