Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Trades & Services) ACSL are a leading company in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, dedicated to delivering top-notch services to our valued clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be required to manage the site, team, liaising with the contracts manager while also contributing to the work on site. Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software. Budget Management: Work with the contracts manager to keep track of HVAC project costs to make sure they are cost-effective and don't go over budget. Team Coordination: Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and technicians as part of diverse groups all through the project's lifespan. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the project site work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Quality Assurance: Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure they meet quality standards and performance requirements. Risk Management: work with the contracts manager to Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines, budget, or quality. Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and schedules as needed to ensure timely project completion. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the project. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve project goals. Documentation: Keep detailed records of project progress and present variations to the contracts manager right through the project duration. Reporting: Weekly reports to the operation management on project progress, resource allocation, budget status, risk assessment and quality control. Qualifications and Skills: HVAC Qualifications: Possession of relevant HVAC qualifications and licenses. Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician in the field. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems. Familiarity with a variety of equipment and tools. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
