About the Role As the Head of IT Solutions – Core Apps, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Fisher & Paykel Appliances to achieve its objectives to deliver market leading experience for its customers (Retailers, Agents, SDA, Builders and Users) through delivery of transformed technology and processes. Reporting directly to the General Manager of IT, you will lead a team of dedicated 20+ professionals responsible for the management and enhancement of core business platforms including ERP, PLM and other apps in that eco-system. Your primary responsibilities will include: Leading a team to manage Core App platforms and devising roadmaps that maximise the value that each of core app platforms can create for the organisation Continually seeking to market and technology trends with a focus on where FPA needs to go and build that into app roadmaps Maintaining a lifecycle release plan to maintain, upgrade and replace Core App platforms Working collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders to create and manager cross-organisational integrated strategies About You We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong background in managing and enhancing enterprise applications, as well as a passion for innovation. To excel in this role, you should possess: A proven track record in Solutions – Core Apps, with experience in people leadership roles. Excellent business acumen, preferably in manufacturing and consumer goods Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address emerging challenges and opportunities in the IT landscape.
