With their head office in Greenlane, our client is looking for a Finance Manager who can own the full finance function and add value across the organisation.
Some More Information About The Role
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the payroll, administration and the development of internal control policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities and duties of the role will include:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departmentEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with company policiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholdersDevelop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning and decision-makingMonitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the businessAnalyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management for improving profitability and operational efficiencyThis is a hands-on role where you will have one direct report. To be successful in this role you will need to be happy to get into the detail whilst also having a strategic and commercial mindset.

Our client is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager who can interact across all levels of the organisation. You will be CA/CPA qualified and will have some exposure working in a similar role for a business in the IT/Tech sector. To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and, above all, you will be an excellent communicator and a natural relationship builder. You will have a client-focused mindset, you will be self-driven and have a passion for process improvements.
