We are redefining the retirement village category by showcasing that, at Metlifecare, every village is unique, so our residents can find a place to truly feel at home. We are on a drive to create and deliver compelling digital journeys as our prospective and current residents become more accustomed to using digital platforms and channels. We need a talented digital producer to help develop a world-class digital user experience for prospective customers and their families.
Some key responsibilities will include: Take end-to-end ownership of a wide range of projects across our website, CRM and digital asset management (DAM) platform.Identify and drive initiatives that improve user experience on the website and the DAM.Design, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns and journeys across multiple platforms (social, website, email, SMS, display, and search). Use insights to continuously optimise these for maximum performance.Analyse data to extract actionable insights and propose opportunities for innovation across our digital platforms and campaigns.About you
With 3 - 5 years' experience in a digital project management / digital marketing related role, you will have a strong track record and be able to demonstrate your robust PM skills, your ability to manage external / internal stakeholders and agency partners, along with:
Digital marketing campaign (and content) delivery and reporting/analytics experience.Preferably demonstrated UXO capabilities.Digital platform management experience (Sanity CMS, Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus).About us At Metlifecare we create homes and communities.
