We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented full time Customer Service & Technical Sales Support person to join our high performing Technical Solutions team based in Highbrook. In this key role you will provide Customer Service to all internal/external customers by being the first point of contact for any sales-related enquiries. You will also liaise with sales teams, suppliers and our purchasing teams to process and place orders, to fulfil customer needs.
The Role? First Point of contact for any Sales related incoming calls/emails to the shared mailboxLiaise with the suppliers, purchasing and sales teams to meet OIFOT KPI's.Place orders with the local suppliers in a timely fashion.Provide counter sales support at our Highbrook technical trade centreProvide quotes for catalogued items when required.Process customer orders as required.Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to implement HSE policies and procedures.Our Ideal Candidate? Proven experience in a technical sales/customer service role To be service/customer delivery-focused and results orientated Excellent relationship management skills (internal & external stakeholders) Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganizational skills and the ability to juggle many tasks at once.Attention to detail and customer orientatedSelf-starter, team player, resilient and quickly adapt to changes in fast paced environmentAbout Us: NZ Safety Blackwoods is the country's leading supplier of Tools, Engineering, Safety, Workwear, Hygiene and Packaging product, in addition to industry specific training and consulting services.
