Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) An exciting new opportunity for a Content Manager to join the Marlow Team.The role will execute the creative vision for the brand and enable us to deliver content across a range of collateral from digital design, email, ads, marketing communications, brand materials and physical signage plus create video and photography content.This person is highly motivated, and creativity-driven with strong multi-tasking, organisation, and communication skills.The objective of the Role:The responsibility of the Content Manager is to set and run the Marketing calendar by creating and executing campaigns for the Marlow brand, to drive growth in New Zealand and Australia, with a key focus on driving sell-through and awareness.The Content Manager will create demand for the brand's products using all marketing tools and channels available. The Marlow brand must always be portrayed as premium, aspirational yet attainable - with a key focus on sustainability and quality. Responsibilities:Social Media/Content Creation:Own Marlow's social media channels - create and upload content daily (both posts and social stories)Produce videos and reels for instagram and tiktok.Maintaining Marlow's aesthetic and tone across all social media channelsExecuting marketing content for key dates i.e. Easter, Mother's Day, Anzac DayDigital Marketing: Preparing assets – sourcing, shooting, and post-productionCreative lead for weekly email campaigns and promotions Content creation and execution for digital channelsWorking effectively with agencies and external suppliers to deliver quality creative assets and services on time and budgetSupport with Monthly reporting/providing info to the agencyPress/Media:Prepare images for lookbooks, dropbox and pr packs to send to mediaCreate press releases for new collections/drops Liaise with media, stylists, malls, and marketing parties to arrange samples for shootsInfluencer marketing - prepare contracts and liaise with influencers to partner with Marlow in order to drive sales.Brand collaborations - be the go-to person for this. Ie Me Today, Fresh Start etc.E-Commerce:Preparing assets – sourcing, shooting, and post-productionPopulating products in Shopify/vendUpdating banners/tiles and all categories online planning creative ways to drive online engagement and online salesCopywriting for online descriptions, ensuring consistency with brand languageCreate content for all Facebook/Instagram Ads and liaise closely with Marlow's digital marketing agencyOther Marketing:Creating and maintaining the marketing calendar to ensure the delivery of marketing media is executed on timeApplicants must have:Ideally a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a Design Degree Previous experience in a Marketing and or content roleExperience using Shopify and MailChimp (or other similar platforms)Experience using Canva, InDesign and PhotoshopA great understanding of social media - instagram, facebook, pinterest, and tiktokGreat written and verbal communication skillsBe passionate about fashionBe able to commit to a role long-termPlease submit your cover letter, CV, and portfolio by 15 April 2024, via Seek or to (email protected) . We appreciate all applicants' interest; however, due to the high volume of applications only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
