Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at WESCO International in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, returns, and other issues.3. Logging customer interactions and updating records in the CRM system.4. Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers.5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.6. Assisting in the development and implementation of contact center procedures and protocols.7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.8. Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Dedicated and motivated with a strong work ethic.6. Strong strategic planning and project management skills.7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
