They are leading the way in HVAC design and innovation and are dedicated to innovating solutions to reduce the environmental impact of air conditioning.They pride themselves in providing a vibrant and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.They are looking for a motivated and proactive Supervisor for their Mangere operation.Join this rapidly growing team and develop your knowledge and experience and be part of their exciting future.About Role:Supervise the overall process of lab product testing and management of the workshop and storage area.Collaborate with Compliance and Test Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the test labsEnsure and enhancement of test facilities, ensuring they meet the evolving requirements of the product development team.Ensure that test procedures and checklists are designed and updated in accordance with the latest compliance requirements.Provide supervision to test engineers/technicians to ensure the correct and timely execution of tests.Assist and mentor test engineers/technicians on product knowledge, refrigeration, lab operations, and problem-solving.Provide training to staff on the proper use, care, and maintenance of tools and equipment.Coordinate with maintenance teams or external service providers for repairs.This role is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the building of new test facilities scheduled within the next 5 years.
