Job Description:SanDisk is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution- Provide exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system- Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues as needed- Meet and exceed performance metrics including call quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong customer service orientation- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues efficiently- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
