Assistant Team Leader, Highbrook DC - 12.30 to 21:00 Shift Assistant Team Leader, Highbrook DC - 12.30 to 21:00 Shift Exciting opportunity to step up in to a leadership role and your grow career Supporting Dispatch team - 12.30 to 21:00 shift pattern Free parking onsite with a discounted café serving hot and cold food About the role Based in our Highbrook Distribution Centre and reporting to the Dispatch Team Lead. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating daily staff resourcing and workflow, while also making sure that the team are motivated and productive, meeting all targets and expectations. You will also be a natural problem solver, with experience managing exceptions and escalations. The ultimate goal is to help process orders successfully, so we are meeting our customers' expectations delivering an accurate service.
