Based in our Petone office, with flexible working arrangements available This is a full-time fixed term position (40 hours per week) until 30th June 2025 based in Petone, Wellington The remuneration range for this role is $59,565 to $84,091 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience. In this entry-level role, you will be working closely with the Digital Products & Services team and wider organisation, and be responsible for the organisation, digitisation, filing, and communication of various forms of physical and digital records that are primarily related to Wellington Water's asset register, including: Discovering, sorting, and digitising various forms of asset register related physical records and information (e.g. technical drawings, manuals, andreports) into various repositories and systems Discovering, sorting, and filing various forms of asset register related digital records and information (e.g. data, documents andmedia) into various repositories and systems Supporting the formal archiving and retrieval of historical asset register related records Supporting the communication of asset register related record / information repositories About you To be successful in this role you will bring: Relevant experience in a records / information management related role Experience working with SharePoint 2013 / 2016 Confidence and competence with sorting, organising, and filing both physical and digital records An ability to juggle priorities and deliver on time with accuracy Knowledge or experience working with three waters asset records / information Benefits At Wellington Water, our purpose extends beyond delivering great water services for the region; we foster a thriving community, support a diverse workforce, and offer supportive development opportunities.
