Job Description: The Accounts Receivable Associate at Lear will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounts receivable processes remotely from Auckland, NZ. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and will report to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities:1. Prepare and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis2. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date3. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy4. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or irregularities5. Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable as needed6. Communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments7. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries8. Assist in the month-end closing process by providing accurate and timely data9. Keep up-to-date records of all transactions and interactions with customers10. Provide support to the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks as required Requirements:1. 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred3. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy7. Hardworking and resourceful attitude8.
