What you'll do:
As a Workday Projects Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing Workday Financials and Project activities. Your role will involve serving as the Subject Matter Expert for the PSA module in Workday, providing guidance, best practices, and expertise to stakeholders and users. You will oversee the generation and analysis of financial reports to support project performance evaluation and strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will lead the development of detailed project budgets, perform variance analysis, and manage financial aspects of contracts. Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate Workday updates is also a key part of your role. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in project accounting is crucial, as is leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PSA workflows, financial processes, and system functionalities.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the PSA module in Workday
Oversee the generation and analysis of financial reports to support project performance evaluation and strategic decision-making
Lead the development of detailed project budgets, perform variance analysis, and manage financial aspects of contracts
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate Workday updates
