Position type: Full-time or part-time Companion Animal VeterinarianAbove average salary for the right candidate with bonus for on-call duty.A permanent position will be available at our mixed animal practice in Whitianga from early January 2025. Hours are flexible with a minimum of two or three days per week but can be more if required. In addition, there is a 1 in 4 weekend on-call. Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years' experience predominantly or exclusively in small animals, although new graduates will be considered. Some large animal experience will be beneficial for after-hours emergencies.
We promote a relaxed, family-oriented working environment within a purpose-built and spacious clinic. We have a dedicated theatre, radiology suite with ultrasound, stand-alone dental room with digital x-ray, and in-house laboratory.
