Job Description Mo te turanga | About the opportunity
Our Wellness Partners are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.
Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions. Participation in ongoing training is expected.

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details $23.45 to $30.75 per hour - depending on experience/qualifications
