Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on mild steel components, ensuring accuracy and strength in every weld Follow safety guidelines and quality standards to produce top-tier work Operate and maintain welding equipment and machinery efficiently Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues to maintain production flow What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a MIG welder, particularly with mild steel fabrication Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and tools Attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of welding safety practices Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals Able to pass a preemployment drug test Compensation: $30 per hour 40 hours per week
