This is a full-time, office-based post in Centurion and unfortunately no freelancers will be considered.Job DetailsPlaas Media is op soek na 'n webredakteur vir die bestuur en ontwikkeling van sy eie asook kliënte se webwerwe.Position Type: Permanent / Full-timeLocation: Office-based, normal office hours, Lyttelton Manor, CenturionSalary: R13 750 to R20 000Package: Basic salary, cellphone allowance, pension fund, group insuranceJob DescriptionDaily maintenance of Plaas Media's own websites.Development and maintenance of client websites.Uploading of content (articles, news, advertisements).SEO management.Compilation of statistical reports for Plaas Media and its clients.Maintaining and updating web calendar.General maintenance (clearing links, tags and old content).Tracking and interpreting Google Analytics trends.Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions.Must adhere to deadlines and work quickly and accurately.Experience and QualificationsMinimum three years' experience in the development and maintenance of websites.Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English.Proven experience in Wordpress and other recognised web software.Must work on C-panel.Basic HTML and CSS coding.Thorough grasp of SEO principles, keyword management and its application.Good grasp of Google Analytics and Search Console.Good analytical and technical web skills.Good writing and language abilities will be to your advantage.Applicable, completed courses and tertiary qualification/s.Must have own transport.Application ProcessStuur 'n dekbrief en kort CV na ****** / Send a cover letter and short CV to ******Applications close: 23 August 2024Start date: 1 September 2024 or as soon as possible after that.No phone calls will be taken.
