Web Chat Officer

Job Description: As a Web Chat Officer at WestRock in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our website's chat platform to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and guide them through their online experience. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
