As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be a crucial part of operations. You will lead and support the warehouse team in ensuring efficient and organised day-to-day activities. We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual who can drive productivity, maintain a safe work environment, and inspire a culture of excellence within the team.
Safely operate material handling equipmentCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders in logistic and distribution processes to ensure a smooth/accurate transfer of goods and documents.Pick packing with high attention to detailManage and maintain H&S procedures and MPI regulationsUtilise inventory and dispatch computer programsDaily planning to achieve great resultsContinual improvement, implement the principles of LEAN management processesMake sure dispatch is completed dailyMaintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environmentAbout You:
This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with many internal teams and external stakeholders and as such, your customer focus and ability to build relationships will be key to the success of this role. You will also possess:Warehouse Leadership experienceExcellent communication skillsComputer savvy with experience using WMS systemsPhysically fitPossess a reliable vehicle for workForklift licenceHave a team player mindsetAside from having the skills above, we're looking for someone who fits the culture.
