The Opportunity
Join us as a Warehouse Process Owner, where you'll assess and enhance our current practices, create impactful frameworks, and align KPIs to drive success. In this vital 12-month fixed-term role, reporting to the Logistics and Distribution Manager, you'll play a key part in fostering meaningful improvements for our processes and our team, helping us achieve a high-performing, cohesive, and world-class Warehouse operation. Responsibilities will include:

Warehouse Activities - Review and document warehousing practices, establishing relevant KPIs for measurement and sustainability.
People Development - Support Warehouse Managers in enhancing team capabilities through clear, updated process documentation and collaborative initiatives.
Technology and SAP WMS Development - Drive technological advancements and identify opportunities for SAP WMS enhancements to improve warehouse processes.
Inventory Accuracy Improvement - Audit existing processes to identify opportunities for change, aiming to achieve world-class inventory accuracy standards.

The Fit
You'll bring a sharp ability to analyse and enhance complex warehouse processes, along with expertise in crafting clear documentation and Standard Operating Procedures. Your strong skills in data analysis, communication, time management, and coaching will make you an invaluable asset to our team. To succeed in this role, you'll also need:

A relevant qualification in supply chain management, business, or a related field
Proven experience in warehouse management or related roles
Proficiency in SAP WMS and S4/HANA is essential
Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, inventory control, and export regulations
Knowledge of Lean Methodologies preferred
