We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our Distribution Centre team based in Henderson. If you have a great work ethic and want to be part of a strong team, then come and join the team at Tegel.
We work Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. We are keen to hear from people with previous experience of working in a warehousing environment.
The hours of work are as follows:
Twilight - 3pm - 11.30pm
What you'll be doing:
Picking of customer orders, back orders, speciality sourcing cartons, carrying cartons to pallets, scanning labels, wrapping pallets
Sorting and rotating stock
Labelling goods with details of storage locations
Operating machines to lift, place and remove goods
General warehouse duties
For this role, you will:
Be comfortable working in a chilled working space
Have previous experience working in a warehousing environment
Ideally have a Fork hoist license. This is beneficial, but not essential as we can provide training
Be reliable and have a positive can-do attitude
Be physically fit as the role involves working in a chilled/frozen environment with lifting of up to 20 kg cartons
Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
