Currently we have an opportunity for an exceptional Warehouse Manager on a full-time basis. This is a permanent position working at our Hubbards Site in Mangere.
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Ability to set a high-performing team environment, develop staff and build strong relationships
Experience in Warehouse Management, including importing and exporting compliance, ideally within the FMCG industry
Expertise in ERP and WMS
You will need to have a good level of business acumen - managing to a budget is essential
Must have experience in continuous improvement projects and/or lean manufacturing
Have excellent understanding of business data and how to forecast and track progress and report on projects/KPIs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
Fantastic problem solving ability
Strong planning and has great organisation skills
