About the role
Based in Palmerston North. As a warehouse inventory coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Receive, unload and unpack incoming goods from suppliers and verify contents against purchase orders.
Sort and store goods according to their assigned locations within the warehouse.
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment to customers.
Understand and execute back-of-house paperwork and procedures.
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Focus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximizing efficiency and time.

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Good communication, reporting capability, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.
A valid NZ Drivers Licence.
Computer literate, or ability to learn.
Be able to pass a drug screen and have a clean criminal history.
Ability to adapt to rapid changes.
Be able to manage pressure and priorities for time-sensitive tasks.
