In this role, you will provide dedicated support to our Te Manawaroa Volunteers. Working closely with the Clinical Evaluation, Insights, and Research Manager, as well as Operations colleagues and functional managers, you will play a crucial part in assisting our volunteers to achieve the Te Manawaroa First Responder status.Provide focused support to Te Manawaroa Volunteers.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and support.Advocate for cultural and procedural changes aligned with Volunteering NZ Best Practice Guidelines.QualificationsKo wai koe - About you:To be successful in this role, you will have:Background experience in adult education preferred.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Understanding and commitment to the principles set out in He Whakaputanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our community-focused mission while supporting the growth and development of our dedicated volunteers.
