Mo te tunga | About the roleWorking Sunday – Thursday as the Visitor Host, your primary role is the daily delivery of the Museum's visitor experience and public programmes. Visitors will include those engaging with the Museum on-site, off-site, and digitally. In this role, you will represent New Zealand's unique military aviation heritage – including the Air Force's history, culture, and place in the world today.Additionally, you will be responsible for:Assisting with development of Museum programmes and educational content.Engaging with visitors to ensure they have a safe, enjoyable and informative visit.Working alongside a team of volunteer guides.Promoting, selling, and booking programmes and activities.Applications will be reviewed upon receipt. It is advised to apply early to avoid disappointment, as this role may close ahead of time due to a high volume of applicants.Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and ExperienceAs the ideal candidate, you will have experience in delivery of programmes and customer interaction, preferably within a museum, gallery, or similar area.
