The team responsible for delivering our visitor attractions is Visitor Operations (VO). Volunteer roles in VO include greeting visitors and engaging with them across various attractions, including Auckland Palace, The Faith Museum, the Spanish and Mining Art Galleries, and Auckland Tower. It's all about the visitor experience.
Hours: Most roles within visitor operations operate on a morning and afternoon shift basis of 2.5/3 hrs.
