What will I do?
This is a great opportunity for someone to take on a new role, who will bring fresh perspectives and an innovative teaching style to engage collaboratively with our people – working with a supportive Visiting Teacher team and network of experienced Educators.
We are highly motivated and passionate about home-based settings, delivering the very best of care and guidance to our Educators and meeting best outcomes for Tamariki and whanau.
This role is based in the Christchurch region and requires travel to surrounding districts as required.

You'll be self-motivated to network with like mined people, speak in groups, supporting onboarding, induction and training of any new Educators engaging with our services.
What are we looking for?
Experience in the Home Based sector preferred, or a willingness to accept a new challenge A recognised ECE teaching qualification and a current full Practising Certificate Experience mentoring and leading adults A sound understanding of current early learning pedagogical practice A good understanding of relevant legislation Social Intelligence – ability to read a room Self-motivation and a positive focused approach Sound planning and organisational skills Excellent verbal, written and online communication skills A current first aid certificate and a clean full NZ driver's licence Innovative thinker about business growth Futuristic, proactive and a growth mindset People skills that are kind, culturally sensitive, caring, understanding and diverse A team player that can bring their skills and experience to add to our kete of knowledge Application Process If this sounds like the role for you, we would love to hear from you.
