We are seeking a talented and experienced DaVinci Resolve Editor/Colorist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and color grading high-quality video content for a variety of projects, including commercials, films, and corporate videos. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of video editing and color grading, as well as creativity and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Edit and color grade video content using DaVinci Resolve software
Work with the Director, DP and other members of the production team to ensure creative vision is met
Collaborate with sound designers and mixers to ensure the best possible audio quality
Ensure all video content meets technical specifications and is delivered on time
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in video editing and color grading
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
New Zealand Valid driver's license. New Zealand Resident Visa.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a DaVinci Resolve Editor/Colorist
Strong portfolio of work showcasing your editing and color grading skills
Extensive experience using DaVinci Resolve software
Strong understanding of color theory and the technical aspects of color grading
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
