This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and become an integral member of our team. The person should have a bright cheerful and happy disposition who will enjoy working in a supportive team environment.This is a position based in Timaru & you will service the wider South Canterbury regions.QualificationsTertiary qualification in food science, food technology or similarPreferably 5 years food industry experience in the manufacturing sectorProficient knowledge of New Zealand food safety legislation and standardsExperience in conducting audits and reviews of Food Control PlansStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAuthority to work in NZHold a NZ drivers licenceExperience in the food industry is a plusThe position comes with a motor vehicle, cell phone, tablet & competitive salary.
