Venue Manager

We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to run the day-to-day operation of our busy Kapiti Coast Cafe. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in managing similar venues, skilled in managing shifts of up to 15 people, and have experience in rostering and cost management.You will be responsible for:Rostering/hiring of new staffTraining of all staff to our standardsManaging costs within the businessManaging general maintenanceMarketingEnsuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business at all timesThis is a full-time position, 5 days per week. The hours and days of work may vary and will include weekends.
