About the role Processing vehicle registrations, plate swaps, and changes of ownership when required, through NZTA.
Profile franchise vehicles.
Complete claim and fleet rebates for franchised vehicles as required.
Daily and weekly NZTA batching.
Process Service Plans using external DMS.
Work with other Vehicle Administrators to complete daily and monthly tasks.
Scanning of job cards and PDI check sheets.
Load and check Toll Road costs against vehicles.
Promptly respond to all telephone calls in a cheerful, courteous and informative manner.
Monitored shared e-mail in-box and respond in a timely manner.
Booking jobs into DMS and replying to service quotes (in consultation with Service Advisors).
Monday to Friday - 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.
Rostered Reception duties on a Saturday - 9.00 am - 12.00 pm, with half day in lieu (non-cumulative).
Other administrative duties as required.

Skills and experience Experience with Autoline or other DMS is ideal.
Experienced with MS Office and other systems.
Previous experience in a multi-franchise dealership would be ideal, but not critical.
The ability to think outside the box.
A clear criminal convictions check is required.
Full or Restricted Clean New Zealand Driver's Licence.
What you will bring to the role A high level of administrative experience over a number of disciplines is desirable, but not critical.
The ability to respond quickly to the demands of a fast-moving business that has a number of time-critical requirements.
Ability to work well both independently and within a small team, in an efficient manner.
Great attitude, punctuality, reliability, enthusiasm, and being a great team player.
