Ready?Sitting within the wider Design Centre of Excellence, the UX Designer is responsible for designing and delivering excellent customer experiences across Vodafone New Zealand’s digital touch points and properties.Working closely with developers, architects and wider teams, the UX Designer utilises customer insights and digital best practice to help define and guide technical solution design; defining customer interactions that are fit for purpose, easy to use, and are part of a fully integrated customer experience.What Will I Be Doing?Utilising human-centered design principles to identify and articulate customer pain points and design digital solutions to overcome them.Owning the digital experience design throughout the entire lifecycle: opportunity, benchmarking & analysis, journey design, wireframe, prototype, interaction design, UI etc.Working with agile teams, developers and architects to drive the development of engaging interactive solutions that enable and delight.Conducting and participating in user research and testing, utilising customer voice, behaviour trends and data to inform design.Leveraging UX best practices, new design models and new interaction models to help drive customer acquisition and retention whilst improving efficiency, quality and consistency.Using these measures to quantify the impact of change and to prioritise actions to achieve better customer outcomes.What Will I Bring?Extensive track-record designing across digital platforms and technologies at scale, in enterprise organisations.Demonstrated experience in user journey, wireframing, prototyping and interaction design skills.Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills.An in depth understanding of customer behaviour and needs in a digital environment.Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively visualise ideas and concepts.As well as a highly competitive salary; you’ll also receive a range of benefits by being part of the Vodafone team.
