WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Good knowledge of using tools and equipment for repairs and maintenance of auto vehicles. Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and other faults. Repairing and offering solutions to remedy automotive faults. Providing cost-effective fault prevention services. Fabricating parts where required or ordering parts from preferred suppliers. Installing replacement parts and reassembling vehicles to the required standards. Managing time efficiently to ensure it is spent working on customer vehicles with minimal un-chargeable time. Ensuring activities comply with Acts and regulations together with adherence to franchise policies, procedures, and values. SKILLS, STRENGTHS, AND EXPERIENCE Technical Hands-on experience and knowledge in general repairs and maintenance work in class 1 petrol, diesel, and EV vehicles, parts fittings, and welding. Knowledge and experience in wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tyre and rim repairs, and sales. Accurate in diagnosing issues and practically offering hands-on fixing and repairing solutions. Experience in exhaust and muffler diagnosis and repairs. Knowledge and experience in electrical diagnosis, repairs, replacement, and fixing issues. Experience in panel beating, dent repairs, and painting panels. Personal Attributes Highly motivated, agile, self-driven, and energetic. Talented in interpersonal and communication skills. Innovative, open to discussions, and a solution maker. Clean driving license and a positive attitude record. Qualifications Qualified in automotive engineering and/or 5 years hands-on experience in general automotive repairs and maintenance. Hold a WoF Inspector Certificate or similar. #J-18808-Ljbffr
