Join us in Jan 2025 – unregistered kaiako opportunity!We are looking for an unregistered kaiako to join us in January 2025, working with children aged 2 to 5 at Spotted Frog in the heart of the wonderful Mangere Bridge community.With a maximum of 50 children supported by 7 teachers (1:7 ratio), we provide a supportive, engaging, and fun environment for children and teachers.We are looking for a kaiako who:Prides themself on their learning-focused relationships, facilitating a warm and inviting environment for children & whanau.Has a commitment to excellence and providing a programme that is rich, engaging, and reflective of the unique interests and strengths of the children at Spotted Frog.Has strong communication skills and is a team player.We value you, here's what we can offer:Set hours – no early starts or late evenings!Owner is 'hands-on', supportive, and an early childhood teacher.Purpose-built learning environment with high-quality resources.'Stand alone' centre with a commitment to excellence and innovation, allowing the unique strengths and ideas of kaiako to shine.Ongoing career opportunities and professional development, including fantastic mentors.Supportive and fun team culture.Onsite staff car parking.We are committed to maintaining a culture that is supportive, fun, inclusive, and welcoming.
