- What will your day look like?As a Treasury Capital and Fund Manager, you will:Join the high performing ANZ Treasury team reporting to the Head of Asset and Liability ManagementManage the ANZ's debt and capital funding documentationBuild your profile by working closely with multiple business units (including senior leaders) to ensure best practice delivery of funding programmes and issuanceUnderstand legal, taxation, regulatory and listing requirements, including obligations with maintaining an offshore subsidiaryLiaise with internal and external legal counsel and service providers to ensure best practice delivery of capital and debt programmesDevelop checks and measures to ensure Treasury's legal, taxation, regulatory and listing requirements are metOu Pukenga?
- What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Knowledge of treasury products and capital market instruments and some understanding of Treasury's role in the bankHighly efficient, inquisitive, reliable, accurate in process and capable of working under pressureExperience working in a highly regulated and compliance focussed environmentSuperior communication, presentation and writing skillsPrevious experience actively engaging, building and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders (Including senior and executive leaders)Strong ability to plan, execute and lead others through a processUniversity degree in law, finance, economics or accounting would be highly beneficialYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
