We're seeking a talented Training & Development Advisor to join our team in Kaiapoi.
Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our training resources and systems.
Key responsibilities include: Crafting engaging instructional designs and learning materials Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective training programs and SOPs Writing and Maintaining up-to-date SOPs to meet legislative requirements The ideal candidate will have: Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills Exceptional communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas Well organised with great attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferably some production environment experience This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
