As the first ERP project in a planned series, this role will have you set up and manage testing frameworks, with an eye toward scalability for future rollouts.This position is well-suited to someone with expertise in Jira who can quickly implement robust testing setups and processes.In addition to leading testing efforts, you'll work across application support and business analysis (BA) tasks during quieter testing cycles. This blend of strategic oversight and hands-on work makes it an exciting role for a versatile Test Lead who enjoys guiding a team while taking a proactive, hands-on approach to project success.What You'll Be DoingLeading Testing, Change, and Release Management: Develop and oversee testing strategies, manage test, change, and release cycles, and guide the team through the full lifecycle. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, and SMEs to ensure alignment with project goals.Application Support & BA Tasks: Transition into application support and BA work during quieter testing phases, assisting with requirements gathering, issue triage, and process improvement to ensure smooth project transitions.Hands-On Execution: Roll up your sleeves to write and execute test scripts, handle bug tracking, and support efficient test and release processes, helping set high standards for quality and collaboration.About YouYou're a QA expert and Jira pro, capable of setting up and managing comprehensive test environments quickly and effectively. You bring a strategic, big-picture mindset and thrive in a hybrid role that combines testing leadership with direct, hands-on execution across testing and release cycles.
