Temporary Project Administrator

*Provide administrative support to the Head of Infrastructure
*General assistance to the Asset Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Managers and their respective teams.
*Provide backup cover for the admin team
Produce, update, and revise controlled documents under the direction of the document owners and within the department remit, including Engineering standards.
*Support to other administrators and wider controlled document management on request.
*Ensure records are up to date and filed as required.
*Provider assistance for the tender process in support of the Maintenance Manager, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical supervisor.
*Administration management of department-related contracts
*Develop, track and report on technical legislative requirements
