What will you do
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the focus is to support maintaining and growing key relationships within our customer base. You will also need to provide proactive customer service to ensure growth in sales and identify opportunities to increase DX Mail services.

Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and grow existing business
Identify and bring in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques
Market the company's image and services
Organize campaigns to support sales objectives
Achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets

About you
You must have a genuine passion for selling and providing solutions that work for our new and existing customers. You will need to be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills. You should also show initiative, be energetic and enthusiastic, and be able to work under pressure.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

Strong listening and communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Maximize opportunities to promote our brand and increase uptake of our service options
Organize and achieve daily call schedules to meet sales targets
A basic understanding of Excel, Outlook, and Word
Work well under pressure while having fun
