The opportunity
To deliver the best possible customer experience for TECT Park users.
To manage and work alongside contractors, consultants, suppliers and non-profit groups to provide a world class recreation facility.
Deliver a programme of Park maintenance that will include plant pest control, amenity area maintenance, equipment repair and construction of new facilities.
Assist with developing future maintenance and development plans.
Contribute to making TECT Park a safe and happy place to work.
To set you up for success, you'll have
Experience and appropriate qualifications for the use of chainsaws & other outdoor power equipment
Growsafe qualification and experience with herbicide application desirable
Current Full Drivers Licence - Class 1 and the ability to gain Class 2
Experience and appropriate qualifications in the use of 4WD vehicles, tractors and ATVs.
Leadership and experience of Safety Management Practices
Ability to build and maintain relationships and influence outcomes collaboratively.
Ability to resolve issues and enforce Park rules and regulations.
