Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
About you:

Have minimum of 3 years experience in project or administration coordination
Great communicator, who is not shy and great at building relationships
Tech savvy and very familair with project management tools such as Jira, Trello and Microsoft Project
Process driven, so you have knack for updating processes and making sure everything is compliant
Keen eye for detail that allows you to catch things that might go unnoticed by others.

In this role you will be:

Involved in IT projects, ensuring plans are on track and up to date
Coordindate check-ins and meetings with key people to keep them updated
Maintain compliance records and documentation, and coordinate IT audits
Monitor IT spending closely to ensure all expenses align with our monthly budget and keep us on track financially
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all technology plans meet their needs and keep them informed about any relevant updates
