The Tech Lead will be responsible for the overall technical implementation and success of all projects that are being run through WVNZ Innovation Hub. These will be made up of Accelerator Projects (projects that the business has determined will provide over $100k of value), as well as Project Symphony. Project Symphony, from a technology perspective, is about re-engineering our platforms, channels, data and teams around current and future audiences, and the enablement of co-ordinated, triggered and automated communications to them across multi channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Platform Value Maximization through the Innovation Hub team.
Timely Delivery of Technical Requirements: Take ownership of delivering technical requirements promptly. Design and develop technical solutions.
Translate User Stories: Convert user stories into technical requirements, ensuring Developers, Data Engineers, and Tech teams understand what is needed. Scope and size epics and stories effectively.
User-Centric Solutions: Ensure developed solutions are intuitive and user-friendly for WVNZ staff, suppliers, and supporters.
Support RFP Development: Assist in creating RFPs for new technology and briefing suppliers on work requirements.
Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions.

About you:
Relevant Tertiary education.
Experience with CRM's (Dynamics) and Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake), having implemented and/or managed such platforms as a Systems Administrator.
Experience implementing and/or managing Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Tealium, Twilio Segment) and/or ETL and Data Unification processes.
Skilled in process automation and integrations (e.g., Power Automate, Logic Apps, Postman and other Restful API technologies).
Experienced with using SQL, Python and JSON in technical implementations.
Experience in Detailed Scoping and Sizing with technical and non-technical team members.
Experience in delivering solutions that simplify the user experience and meet business needs.
Experience implementing security measures in technology solutions.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization.
Familiar with implementing and managing DevOps processes (Azure DevOps).

Based in Penrose, Auckland.
Full-time, 2 year contract position. 37.5hrs per week.
Hybrid work model.
