With a strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure and software development, you will spearhead our efforts in implementing and managing sophisticated AWS-based solutions. Your extensive experience in software development, infrastructure management, and cloud technologies will ensure that our consultancy not only meets but exceeds our clients' expectations.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Provide exceptional technical leadership in cloud infrastructure and software development, leveraging your extensive AWS and software development background.Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring large template structures and state management are optimized.Cloud Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of AWS services, including VPC, Security Groups, EC2, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild, to drive cloud initiatives.Networking: Manage network configurations, including routing tables and CIDR ranges, ensuring robust and secure environments.Automation & Scripting: Lead automation efforts using Ansible and PowerShell to streamline processes and enhance system reliability.System Management: Oversee Windows and Redhat environments, ensuring security updates, package management, and system configurations are up to date.24/7 Support: Provide around-the-clock support for critical systems, ensuring high availability and quick resolution of incidents.Project Delivery: Successfully deliver complex projects from conception through completion, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that address their challenges effectively.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging the latest technologies.Essential Qualifications & Experience:A minimum of 10 years' experience in software development with a strong focus on AWS infrastructure.Proficiency in Packer for building Windows/Redhat AMI's and installing COTS software.Fluency in Terraform, including modules, large template structures, state management, and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of AWS services, including VPC, Security Groups, EC2, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild.Networking expertise, specifically in routing tables and CIDR ranges.Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.Proficiency in PowerShell for Windows system management.Extensive experience with Windows environments, including Active Directory, headless installations, service creation, and GPO.Knowledge of Redhat systems, particularly in package management and security updates.Testing mindset with a focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions.Experience providing 24/7 support to critical systems, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.Highly collaborative, with a keen interest in working with cross-functional teams.Innovative thinker, with a focus on continuous improvement and technological advancement.Good to Have:GE GridOS development and deployment experience.GE PowerOn Advantage development and deployment experience.GE GridOS or PowerOn Advantage server build and deployment experience.A can-do attitude, not afraid of challenges, and can get things done.Joining Hantt & Co is not just about securing a role; it's about potentially forging a path as a Partner in a thriving firm.
