The CompanyOur client is a large government organisation who is committed to make a meaningful difference for New Zealanders now and in the future.The RoleAs a Technical Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing expertise in technical analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions. You will be bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects deliver value. This includes:Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and define business and technical requirements.Analysing and documenting current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.Providing detailed technical specifications for development teams.Supporting the implementation and testing of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.Delivering training and support to end-users as needed.Key RequirementsExcellent understanding of business operations.High level of skill in development and maintenance of FRs, NFRs, and process modelling.Proven technical requirements management skills with common technology platforms, such as cloud hosting, CMS, CDP, I&AM, and data & analytics.Proven experience as a technical business analyst with exposure to some or all of the following highly desirable: Data Analysis, Technical Documentation, SQL Proficiency, Process Modelling, Cloud Technologies, and API Integration.Experience in SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence (or similar requirements delivery tools) and experience in requirements modelling software required.Ability to interpret security, privacy, IKAM, compliance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.To submit your application, in strict confidence, please apply online using the appropriate link below.
