You will collaborate closely with the executive team and guide a talented group of developers and engineers, significantly impacting project delivery and driving the adoption of innovative technologies.What they are looking for:A minimum of 10 years of hands-on Microsoft development and architecture experience in technology roles within consulting environments with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies and ideally exposure to enterprise low-code solutions.Previous design development experience using technologies such as .Net, C# and Web API.Proficient in cloud-based solutions, specifically Microsoft Azure services.Demonstrable legacy modernisation experience.Knowledge of different industry best practices in API, integration & MicroservicesExcellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.Client-focused, dedicated to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.Strong problem-solving skills, capable of developing innovative solutions for customer challenges.What Your Responsibilities Are:Technology & Solution ArchitectureDesign and implement technical solutions aligned with customer needs.Maintain strategic client relationships to identify new business opportunities.Provide technical direction and ensure quality in proposals and design documents.Lead architectural decisions and advise on design impacts.Integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, Machine Learning, low-code) to enhance business outcomes.Collaborate with sales to assess customer needs and present suitable solutions.Project Leadership & DeliveryTurn conceptual projects into actionable plans, coordinating resources and timelines.Provide quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, working with project managers.Manage technical escalations and mentor developers, fostering collaboration.Ensure clear documentation and communication for all stakeholders.Uphold project management best practices, including scope and risk management.Stay updated on industry trends, contributing to the client's design capabilities.What You'll Receive:The client offers a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and personal development.
