Marshland School, Canterbury Team Leader – Senior School Y5-6 We are looking for a positive, dynamic, and committed leader with proven skills in building strong relationships, leading others, and effective communication. This includes the promotion, modelling, and delivery of high-quality teaching practice. If this reflects your approach to leadership, we welcome your application. This team leader position is in the senior area of the school, commencing term 1 (28 January 2025). In 2025, this will be in Y5-6, but as our school grows, the year level of this position may change in negotiation with the successful candidate. This position comes with a minimum of 2PMU allocation and generous release (12+ days per term), as we value and recognise the complex nature of team leadership at Te Rito Harakeke. Candidates will have advanced New Zealand Curriculum and pedagogical knowledge. They will be committed to inquiring into practice alongside staff and leading evidence-informed conversations by drawing from a range of sources to ensure success for every child.
